By putting our people at the heart of the design process, DB&B have helped us to achieve a very high quality workspace perfectly suited to our objectives of creating a more agile, collaborative and sustainable working environment.

Our team is really happy with the space that we have today which meets the goals of our agility, collaboration and openness. Many of our teams have made use of the new space for townhalls, workshops and product demonstrations. We were in the midst of construction when the Covid-19 pandemic hit us in early 2020. Together with DB&B, we overcame logistics and manpower challenges to complete the project.

Introducing Activity Based Work settings for the very first time was initially a demanding task, but your innovative designs and meticulous space planning have made the transition much easier for our users. We all agree unanimously that the design was well thought and incorporated many elements and characteristics that MSD was looking out for in an ideal office.

I would like to commend DB&B for their role as Design and Build Contractor for the office fit-out project of Bank Julius Baer at Mapletree Business City. DB&B has exemplified pro-activeness throughout the course of the project, led by their Project Manager, Leslie Tan, who is assisted by Alan Gan. They worked within the tight timeline provided, coming up with sound ideas and solutions in order to achieve the delivery date. I am confident to endorse the same team for any future opportunities that they may have for office fit-out projects.

We would like to express our commendation to you and the team for designing a nice office that projects elegance and professionalism, the good workmanship and the commitment and hard work to complete the fitting works on time despite it being a tight schedule. A special mention too that the team has been very responsive to our requests throughout the renovation period, and even after we had taken over the office.
